How The Deaf Lutheran is Produced

A picture story of The Deaf Lutheran newsletter production from start to finish.

Information, materials and photos are collected from e-mails, mail and newsletters sent to the Editor. The editor then reviews and decides on what to use in the newsletter. He copies and pastes text from e-mails, or scans text from mailed letters. The editor also obtains photos from his digital camera, downloads photos sent by e-mail, or scans photographs on the scanner and converts them to black & white, 300 dpi TIFF digital images, as required by the page layout program and printer specifications.
